Yes, you can pay using a credit card without having or creating a PayPal account.
They will try to get you to sign up for a PayPal account, but you don't have to. They're dinging me for a bit of your money, so don't feel bad about not signing up with them if your don't want. Everybody gets their cut.
There are two caveats to this:
- You can't use a credit card attached to any Paypal account
- You can't setup a recurring subscription without a Paypal account.
